This is a prestigious 10,000 acre exclusive home development with six full 18 hole private golf courses, built between 1986 and 2006. They are all designed by Jack Nicklaus. All 108 greens are planted with Seed Research of Oregon bentgrass blends – different blend, depending on which varieties were the newest, best adapted at the time they built a new course.

The head agronomist, Shawn Emerson, believes in Dr. Leah Brilman's bentgrass varieties and has worked closely with Leah for many years on trialing – testing newand experimental varieties. Each course has a different bermudagrass varieties for the tees, fairways and roughs. This dormant bermudagrass base is overseeded each fall and winter with SR's perennial ryegrass blends while the bermudagrass is dormant. This set of courses was the home for 13 years to the PGA Senior Championship “The Tradition”.
